Vancitylofts.com presented us with many unique challenges. We had to create an up-to-the-minute website that ties in directly with the MLS© system. The site gets many unique visitors a day and has quickly become one of our flagship sites.

A custom content management system was built to let Blu Realty, and their agents, to add and manage their listings. The back-end system also controls the articles, industry news, marketing materials, and buildings on the website.

From open house reminders to just listed flyers, we have built the tools they need to get the job done. They log in and choose the property they want a "window display" or "just listed flyer" for, and a few clicks later they're done.
